Therapists will teach relaxation techniques and how to recognize events that cause stress and anxiety in your life.

How does it work?

Laser energy is used to stimulate different body points (ears, face, hands, wrist, lower leg and foot). Laser being an energy -based therapy clears blockages in the body’s energy flow that have been brought on by a build up of stress/anxiety. Patients report a feeling of well being with just one treatment.

How long does it take?

The initial appointment is about an hour. This includes the laser therapy, behavioural modification techniques, and supplementation instructions to enhance your results. Upon evaluation, additional laser therapy sessions may be required.

How often should I return for therapy?

The number of treatments will depend on your goals, your commitment to lifestyle changes, and your response to laser stimulation. Once weekly is generally adequate, initially. However, twice weekly is recommended for those who are slow to respond. Most individuals will enjoy the relaxed feeling immediately. Others may not realize this state until after the 2nd or 3rd treatment.

Monthly maintenance treatments are recommended, but the appropriate interval will vary by individual, depending on their unique response to the treatment.
