Dr. Yaworsky is excited to be back in the Windsor area, practicing naturopathic medicine where she was born and raised. Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, she completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree at the University of Windsor in Biological Sciences with Thesis, and a minor in Mathematics, graduating with Great Distinction in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2014.

During her clinical year at CCNM she had the pleasure of treating patients under the supervision of licensed Naturopathic Doctors, and gaining hands on experience in all the naturopathic modalities. She treated a wide variety of conditions, including allergies, migraines, gastrointestinal complaints, menstrual cramps, skin conditions, arthritis, autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and high blood pressure. She was selected to be on the adjunctive cancer care shift where she supported patients in various stages of cancer treatment, and also had the opportunity to spend a semester at the Sherbourne Health Centre, providing free naturopathic care to patients living with HIV/AIDS. Currently, she practices out of East Windsor Massage Therapy Clinic in Windsor and Global Wellness Centre in LaSalle.

With her strong scientific background, Dr. Yaworsky blends science with natural healing methods to provide safe and effective treatments that address the whole person. She is trained as a general care practitioner, and has a special interest in gastrointestinal health, as well as stress management with a focus on mind-body connection.

Dr. Yaworsky uses a variety of treatment methods, including nutritional and lifestyle counseling, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathic medicine, hydrotherapy, and physical medicine. When you come to see her, she will work with you to develop a treatment plan based on your specific health concerns and needs. These treatment plans are used for disease prevention, as well as treating any conditions that are currently affecting your physical, mental, and emotional health.

Dr. Yaworsky is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, under the Registered Health Professions Act (RHPA). To continue to build on her knowledge and therapeutic skills, she participates in seminars and continuing education courses on a regular basis. Dr. Yaworsky also completed the Pilates Matwork Teacher Training Program, and teaches pilates in the Windsor area.
